WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL A SESSION?

You may cancel and request for a make-up session ONLY if it is within 12 hours of your original session. If you cancel after the 12 hour cancellation period, a $25 cancellation fee will be required before a make-up session can be scheduled.

If the client is a “NO SHOW”, no make-up session will be aloud, and a $25 “NO SHOW” fee will be billed to the client.

 

HOW LONG DOES MY PHYSICAL TRAINING SESSION LAST?

Session can last 30, 45 or 60 minutes and will be paced to your ability level.

 

CAN I PURCHASE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES?

Please visit our Rates Page, or Contact Us for more information on rate packages. All packages expire six months from the date of purchase.

 

IS PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIALIZED FOR MY NEEDS?

Personal training is highly specialized. Your trainer will work with your goals and keep any limitation in mind to help you reach your fitness goals quickly, safely and effectively.

 

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

You and your trainer will work together to plan personal training sessions based on your schedule and availability. You may also visit our Rates Page to find out how to Sign-up and request times and dates via internet.

 

IS PARTNER TRAINING AVAILABLE?

You can train with two to three people at once. All partner training sessions last one hour and will be formatted to your group’s specific goals.
